My speech 2016

Dad something is wrong with my Xbox1.”What's wrong now” said Dad “the Xbox1 its overheated”i said. “Do you know why”? “Hold on i will look online”  “awkward silence” “ok it says that the Xbox1 overheats easily because they have 1 massive fan instead of a bunch of smaller fans” I said. Son i think it's time to start searching to see if an Xbox1 or a PS4 is better.

Hi there my name is rangi and today i will be talking about Xbox1 VS PS4 and telling you what i think is better.       

Paragraph 1

Sony is a very well known company and has sold many of their products.

When sony introduced their ps4 their starting price was 400$ i think the ps4 is better than the xbox because the ps4 has nearly all of the things that the xbox has for less money.

The ps4 has a bunch of small fans so that it doesn't overheat like the xbox does because the xbox has 1 massive fan instead of all those smaller fans like the ps4.

Paragraph 2

The ps4 is smaller and thinner which also makes it lighter but the xbox is fatter and bigger which makes it heavier and harder to break. But i don't know why you would want something that doesn't break easily because you probably won't be traveling around the world with it so their is another reason why i think the ps4 is a better option.

The ps4 has also just released something called vr also known as virtual reality and that is something that the xbox1 does not have.The ps4 also gets all the games a month earlier.

The ps4 has something called playstation plus which is how you go online sadly you need to pay for it but it is the same for xbox it is called xbox live gold but that to cost money so that is a reason why some people don't buy a ps4 or xbox because they can play online for free on older sony consoles.

The xbox1 has some games that the ps4 doesn't have which is a reason why people want to buy the xbox. The xbox also has something called kinect which is a bit like those virtual reality headsets with the motion controllers except you don't need them you just need the kinect device and kinect games.

What kinect is is a camera that scans your body movement and uses it in the game.that is a reason why some people want the xbox1.

You now know that PS4 is by far the best console to buy. Thank you for listening to my speech.  If you see me around school can up and talk to me about PS4’s.

Olympic running

As you know, the Olympic Games have started over in Rio.  We will use this great festival of sport for our prompt this week.

It is:

Things to consider:

• Which sport is this?
• What might be going to happen?
• How do you feel

I could see the finish line as I was running around my local field, training for the big race. My mum was standing there and shouting “GOOOOOOO!” I was embarrassed because all of my friends were watching me and laughing. But this didn't matter because I was training for the 2016 Olympic games.

I finally got to the real race at the olympic games in Rio. I was racing against Usain Bolt and some other people in the 100m sprint. My mum again was in the crowd screaming “GOOOOOOOOOOO.” I was really nervous because it was my first time racing in the Olympics and there was at least 1,000,000 people in the crowd.

3, 2, 1, POW, the gun was fired. All of us racers were running off the start line like lighting. I was racing right next to Usain Bolt and he was going about 3 seconds in front of me for every 1 second I ran. He was about to finish and I was going to be second when I thought to myself I need a miracle for me to win. And well, ya look at that,  HE TRIPPED! As Usain was getting up, I was so ecstatic I sprinted to the end a fast as I could and I finished first. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY went my mum. I was REALLY hyped but it looked like Usain Bolt was hurt so I went over to him and helped him up. He said “thank you, good race.”

I said “thank you, that was an epic race.” So that's how I got my gold medal

…a whistle blew and everyone disappeared…

 The wind blew and everyone disappeared off the soccer field and out into space and finished the game in SPACE!! Each team had to get one more goal to win. So each team got into there own space ships and raced into space. Since they had space ships made just for them it only took them 1 hour to get to space because of there fast space ship. They put their astronaut suits on and had floating goals and had little jetpacks on their back to move around. There was 2 minutes left and whoever got 1 more goal would win. So they kicked the ball around with wind giving it spin. Booom the blue kicked the ball so hard that the goal exploded. The blue team had won and the red team lost.

Today we have been writing about the care code.

This is my story about a lion

He won't even see me coming, flop flop flop clip. I am on some stilts and about to pounce on the  yummy giraffe. On three. 1. 2. 3. Suddenly he farted and I fainted. Poop! “That smells.”

“Ba ha ba ha haha. You're never gonna get me now. Hehehe bye have a great time,” said the giraffe as he raced away like a taxi.

“I'll get you next time you lucksman.I KNEW I SHOULD'VE GOT THE GASMASK! AHHHHHH!eh I smell like I got sprayed by a skunk.”

3 weeks later I came up with a new plan. It was to become friends with the giraffe and even give him some of these nuts I scavenge from some scared squirrels and then eat him. So I cooled off in a lake by the giraffes turf and got the disgusting smell off me too. So I brought the yummy almond nuts and confronted him.

He said “please don't kill me! Please!”

I said. “I don't want to kill you... I want to become friends with you. i just came to give you some yummy almond nuts.”

“Ohh thank you so much. I really like nuts.”

This is when I attacked him. So I went in for the kill but he had quick reflexes and jumped out of the way and rammed me like rhino. When he hit me I felt like I got hit by 2 blunt horns. I went in for the bite and I hit him because he was really breathing heavily. I drew blood so I keep on getting big bites like a crocodile. Then finally he died so I got some of his delicious looking raw meat. I ripped into it and it tasted great. As I was munching down I saw 50 more giraffe…. YUM...

 The garden is a beautiful place

sometimes we cut wood to make light, so the plants can grow

picking up snails and watching them race

it's like watching humans race but in slow, slow motion

we dig mulch to put around the garden beds

after a hard day of work it's time to go and eat

the kitchen people have made beautiful

vegetarian pizza that smells great.
